“GYPSY a solid hit at Broadway By the Bay. This is a must see show. Heather Orth is perfect for the part… a superb voice that fills the Fox Theatre and never misses a note.
Ms. Baker has also worked extensively as a recording artist for Disney Records and has produced three solo albums. Her latest album, “In and Out of Love” garnered her the title of best upcoming female jazz vocalist on National Public Radio’s jazz show “Swingin’ Down the Lane” and an inclusion in the “Best of the Best” section of the international best selling book “Entertainment Divas, Cabaret, Jazz Then and Now”. This album also earned her an opening act performance for the Grammy award winning jazz guitarist Eric Klugh.

Recently, Ms. Baker spent six years cultivating a following on the seven seas as she travelled the world entertaining for luxury cruise lines. Her versatility from jazz, to theatre, to opera continues to thrill as she invites an audience to join her in the comfort of her home – the stage.

Ms. Baker is also an accomplished Musical Director and enjoys vocal instructing and coaching. Over the past 13 years she has worked with hundreds of singers coaching, producing and teaching. Though much of her work is done with professional singers, Amy still loves working with children and novice singers because she is constantly inspired by the joy making music brings to life.

However, it was singing that Daniel truly enjoyed, and he was in his school’s choir from elementary school all the way through high school.

In 2009, Daniel graduated from Notre Dame de Namur University inBelmontwith his Bachelors of Music, and he will receive his Masters in Fine Arts in December.

Daniel has been the musical director twice for Diamond Head Theatre in Hawai‘i, where they mounted a mini-musical over a two week advanced musical theatre program.

His most recent stage credits include Once Upon A Mattress (Minstrel), Spelling Bee (Chip Tolentino), The Drowsy Chaperone (George), and BBBay’s The Music Man (Ewart Dunlop / Quartet). In December, Daniel will be playing Jack in NDNU’s production of Into the Woods, but for now, he is excited to be back at the piano musical directing BBBay’s YTC Program for the first time.
